Rain is in the forecast but from photos on Google it appears the roof closes. The sides are open, though, and we've been warned it will be cold.

Yes, as the stadium is cut into hills, I suspect the wind might swirl through the grounds. Will be following the match’s score line. Great way to get the flavor of the place and the supporters. Boavista is an old club from Porto, one of the most successful outside the “Big Three” (Benfica, Sporting, and Porto).

did I miss it, why did you pick Braga over all the other cities in Portugal?

We haven't exactly "picked" Braga, we're investigating whether or not it's a place we can live. We came here in October for my SEF appointment (https://lovefromportugal.substack.com/p/braga) and liked it enough to give it another try in winter to see what it's like then.
