Because of your post I went to my local MEO store yesterday to discuss installation at our new home in July. Only 1 person in line in front of me so I was taken fairly quickly. It then took 90 minutes to complete the order working with a representative that spoke very good English. (Her computer however was very slow) If it doesn’t work, you have given me a great idea for a post.
While good post ideas are always welcome, I hope you don't need this one 😆. I think the key question is whether or not the external infrastructure is still in place on your building. Of course, it might be easier (or harder?) to get that taken care of in VRSA than Lisbon. Who knows.
I'm figuring if we get it before the end of our contract - about a year away - we'll have done well LOL.
Seriously, the beginning was outright panic. And now that they give me data to use on my phone so I can at access the internet - if a little more slowly than I'm used to - I'm just sorta floating along. Then again, Scott's the one who has been making the calls. Poor guy. I guess filling out the report in the Book of Complaints helped me!
I'll never complain about Comcast or Frontier again! Hope you are having your blood pressure checked on a regular basis. How does any company stay in business these days, I wonder?
We do pay condo fees, yes. It's unclear who needs to resolve what. The builder says it is on the ISPs. Which it may be. Part of the problem is that we rarely get straight answers to our questions and, when we do, they usually conflict with the other answers we've gotten.

Wow! I'm so sorry. I have some patience, but geezers. Hope it gets resolved before July. XOXO

At least you have the data. 😁
Yes! Half a loaf is definitely better than none.
Oh no! So sorry! Good luck - can't wait to read the resolution.
Thanks! Can't wait to write it :-D
Do you pay condo/apartment fees? Methinks that because this impacts multiple building tenants, shouldn't this have been on them to resolve?
Well ... I'm speechless for once.
That's what we aim for: Leave 'em flabbergasted. :-D
Good lord. That is all.
Would that it were indeed all :-D.
Ugh. I am glad you are able to accept circumstances and remain patient.
Some days it's easier than others. 😆

It's been frustrating at times, for sure. But there's little we can do so we're living with it fine for the time being.
