The idea of Scott Hermann-Keeling working with a shady underground network is hilarious. It's even funnier that it's to get Friends without a lag. Love it!
Bureaucracy may run rampant in Portugal but I firmly believe there is also a universal conspiracy among technicians.
Did not realize the Portuguese democracy was quite so young!
The authoritarian regime was overthrown - peacefully - in 1974. It's quite a story. If you're interested, google "Carnation revolution."
