Hi! This was a wonderful summary of your weather experiences so far. We are moving May 1 (🤞) from Atlanta (Let's talk humidity!) and considering what to bring for each season. Did you find your undersheet heating pad in Lisbon? Anything you'd recommend we bring for the cold. And, yes. I'm very jealous of your "A". Sounds divine!
How you handle the come depends a lot on what your living space comes with. If you have climate control you won't need space heaters. You may find you need more clothing indoors than you're used to, though, so a lot layer you can remove or add when needed is a good idea.
Oh and waterproof footwear for outside is very helpful. For some reason around here very few people wear raincoats; everyone carries umbrellas. I like the raincoat, though.
Wow! I thought Scott would be looking for a boat!
I am pretty sensitive to extreme humid and dry. Not sure how that would work.
It has been both extremely humid and very dry here in our six months. I can't say that's 100% typical for this area but it has been our experience.
Better get your water wings! That looks crazy!
It was nuts. And more coming, it seems.

You know humidity!
We did buy the undersheet heating pad while here from Amazon Spain https://www.amazon.es/-/pt/gp/product/B00N5TOVAS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have no idea what temperatures Atlanta sees in the winter, so I can't say what you should bring :-(
