Funny, our Asolo Theater in Sarasota is going to do "The Unfriend" in March. Glad you are having fun. I get a kick out of the fact that you have to wash dishes, etc. You can always get a restaurant gig if money gets tight. I'm sure the new play will go well, in any case.

I hope you get a chance to see The Unfriend. I think you'd enjoy it. And yeah, I washed a lot of dishes for Fallen Angels. A lot. I was telling some friends recently that I had dishpan hands for weeks. 😂

So you moved across the sea to wash dishes. Coulda done that here. Seriously, I will try to see The Unfriend. Love to you all.

Wow! Best of luck with the show - or break a leg, if you prefer. I think that is a great way to expand your community in Lisboa. Wish I could catch the production! Boa sorte.

How often are rehearsals? I think doing theater is just a cool, fun hobby. So more power to you, the cast and the rest of the crew!

We've been rehearsing 5 days a week for usually 4 hours at a time but we've had a couple of 7-8 hour days as well. One problem is that a couple of the actors have other jobs so they're not always available for rehearsals. It's been tough getting everyone in the same room at the same time.

Sounds challenging, Scott, but I have no doubt that you are up to the task. If you're having fun, that's the main thing. So, break a leg!

Thanks, Aunt Phyllis.

Maybe The Committee should find out if a theater is physically capable of handling a production prior to deciding to do it. This would also give the crew an opportunity to plan ahead. Meanwhile, if I were you, I would simply go to the theater, request a look-around, or, at least find out who could provide one or tell you what you're up against.

Thanks for the suggestions, Albert.
